1. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship across India.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
3. Delivery Timeline
- Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
- Remote areas may take slightly longer.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
- Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns (if applicable).
5. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
- You can track your order through the courier partner’s website.
6. Delays
- While we work with trusted courier partners, unforeseen delays (weather, strikes, natural disasters, etc.) may occur.
- Pure Harvests is not liable for delays outside our control but we will provide full support to resolve issues.
7. Damaged Packages
- If your package is tampered with or damaged on arrival, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
