At Pure Harvests, we strive to deliver only the highest-quality saffron, mushrooms, makhana, and rajma. As these are food products, our return and refund policies are designed with hygiene and safety in mind.
1. Non-Returnable Items
- Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the package has been opened or tampered with.
2. Eligible Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement in the following cases:
- The product delivered was damaged or defective.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The package was tampered with before delivery.
3. Refund Process
- Contact us at diana.fotra@gmail.com or +91 8448584251 within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share order details and clear photos of the product/packaging.
- Once approved, we will either replace the product or initiate a refund within 7–10 working days.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- After dispatch, cancellations are not possible.
